Holiday Time

Thanksgiving,  Hanukkah, Christmas,

Kwanzaa, and New year items and memorabilia will be on display, including antique decorations, toys, household items, china, and various Angel, Santa, Byers Choice Carolers and Nutcracker collections.

Quilts, Old and New

Vintage quilts in the Museum's collection as well as on loan. Modern quilts and quilt items from local area quilters will also be on display. 

We will have our very popular Quilt Seminar during this event.

9th Student Art Show 2021

The THEME this year is " 2020 " 

Open to ALL students living or going to school in Washington Parish.

This show is juried by an out of town Judge. Students win ribbons, cash and art supplies.  

The Museum asks for sponsors for this event,  and  ALL money received  is given to the schools that participated art department.

Students are allowed to have their paintings for sale. Most paintings are priced between $10 and $35 dollars.
