The annex is located behind the main museum and is available for rental anytime during the week and after 4:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. THERE IS TO BE NO ALCOHOL SERVED ON THE PREMISES
Club Meetings, Corporate Meetings, Private Meetings, Group Meetings, Baby Showers, Family Gatherings, Reunions, Adult Birthdays.
The annex is equipped with one 10-foot table, four 6-foot tables, and banquet chairs that accommodate up to 34 people. Additionally, we have 5 folding chairs available. For your convenience, there is a fridge and microwave, but please note there is no oven or stove.
We also provide a selection of tablecloths, chair covers, chair sashes, and overlays for you to use at no extra charge.

Please call to check availability for a specific date, but please note that until you visit the museum in person and place a deposit to reserve the date, it remains available for others to rent.

Our hours of operation are Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 4 PM.
While payment for the rental is not required until the day of the event, it must be made before the event can begin.
WILL JUST CALLING RESERVE MY SPOT?
NO, you must come into the museum and pay your CASH deposit before we can reserve your date.
IF NEEDED, CAN I BRING EXTRA TABLES AND CHAIRS?
Yes.
THE EVENT IS FOR ADULTS ONLY THAT ARE ALL OVER THE AGE OF 21. CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL?
NO. No Alcohol may be brought to or consumed on museum property.
AM I ALLOWED TO DECORATE FOR MY EVENT?
Yes. DO NOT tack or nail anything to the walls. The annex must be returned to the condition it was in when you rented it. This means all decorations, etc. must be removed and all tables and chairs need to be set up like they were at the time you rented it.
DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF RULES?
Yes, when you place your deposit for your date, you will sign a rental agreement and be given a list of rules and regulations for renting.
WHEN CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
If after inspection by a museum official, the room and outside area is considered clean and in order as required, the deposit will be refunded. You will be contacted upon completion of inspection. If the area is not left clean and in order, the museum will retain the deposit to have the cleaning done. Deposits will be returned via Mail. Deposits left after 30 days of the event will be considered a donation to the Museum.
Do I have a time limit?
Weekend events cannot be held until after 4 p.m. and not beyond 10 p.m. Rentals are to last no longer than 6-hours, which will include your time for decorations, party, and cleanup. One person must arrive before 3:50 p.m. to take possession of the building and pay rental fee or confirm that rental fee has been paid. Museum personnel leaves at 4 p.m. promptly. You may stay as short or as long as you need to have a great event and clean after. Don't be rushed, be happy!
